At Headwaters Physical Therapy, we provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy for patients in Bailey, Conifer, Pine, and the surrounding mountain communities. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy specialize in orthopedic injuries, sports rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, balance and fall prevention, and helping active individuals return to the activities they love.

Unlike high-volume clinics, every visit is spent one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Through evidence-based treatment, hands-on care, and individualized exercise programs, we help our patients move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life.
